The first thing to know about Kids Camping Store's return policy is not to worry. We pride ourselves on having the best relationships with our customers, and aim to resolve any issue, as rare as they are, as quickly as possible and in the fairest way we can.
If you are not happy with your purchase
If you are not happy with your order, you may return it to us, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging in exchange for a full refund. This offer remains open for 30 days from the date you receive your order, and does not affect your statutory rights.

If a product has a fault
All our products are checked before leaving their factories. However if a product you purchase from us does have a manufacturing fault or defect we will be happy to refund or exchange the item. We may ask you to return the item to us (at our expense) for further investigation so that we can work to reduce defects in the future, and appreciate your support.

We ask you to contact us first so that we can make sure we resolve issues in the fastest and most appropriate way, which may require a product return to either Kids Camping Store or a manufacturer, or simply a replacement being sent to you.
